I had a small issue with my order, and my first thought was, “Here we go, this is probably going to be a whole thing.” But I emailed Maxaroma, and they actually got back to me quickly. They looked into it, fixed the problem, and kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated because I didn’t have to keep following up. Order issues happen, I get it, but the way they handled it made a big difference. I was happy with the support and would definitely order from them again.

"Seems legit and I'd order again"
I ordered a bottle of Creed from MaxAroma and was a bit hesitant at first because the price was good. It arrived sealed, the batch code seemed to check out, and the scent lasts about as long as my older bottle. I’m confident it’s authentic. Shipping was okay too, maybe around what I expected. I’d probably buy from them again.

Checkout was super easy and didn’t give me any trouble. My coupon code went through, the payment page loaded fast, and I got the order confirmation right away. If it ever starts getting buggy or slow, I’d probably take my order somewhere else, but this time it was hassle-free

"Box was a little beat up, but the perfume was fine"
The box showed up a bit dented on one corner, which I noticed right away when I grabbed it off the porch after making coffee. Luckily the perfume bottle itself looked totally fine and nothing was leaking or cracked. I was a little worried at first, but it seems like it survived the shipping just okay

My Maxaroma order got here in good shape. I’m not sure if it was just handled better this time or what, but the perfume box was wrapped tight with enough padding around it. No dents, no leaks, nothing weird. It wasn’t anything fancy, just packed how you’d hope glass bottles would be packed. I was a little nervous about it arriving broken, but it came clean and safe. I’d order again.

I ordered from MaxAroma for the first time and was a little unsure how it’d go, but everything went smoothly. The tracking updated like it should, and the package arrived on the day they said it would. Nothing was missing or damaged, so no complaints there. I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered from maxaroma the first thing I thought was, okay, the shipping isn’t ridiculous. Some perfume sites make you get all the way to checkout and then suddenly the shipping costs feel personal, you know? But this was reasonable. The package showed up just fine too, no issues or weird delays. I’d definitely order again, if only because the whole process didn’t make me question my life choices

I ordered from maxaroma because I needed a birthday gift for my sister and had no idea what perfume to pick. The gift sets made it a lot easier since there were different sizes and brands, and it felt more thoughtful than just grabbing one random bottle. I’ll admit I was a little unsure about the quality at first since I hadn’t used them before, but everything arrived packed well and looked nice. Shipping was fine too. My sister ended up loving it, so I’d probably order from them again for gifts
